Rye Bread 16 slices
Ham 24 oz.
Swiss 8 oz.
Mustard 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 tsp.
Brown sugar 1 Tbsp.


  1. Mix mustard, TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce, and brown sugar together.
  2. Place 1 Tbsp. of mustard sauce, 3 oz. ham and 1 oz. swiss on one slice of rye.
  3. Top with remaining slice of bread and place on Panini or sandwich press until hot and bubbly.

Yield: 8 ea.
