BISCUITS WITH SMOKY CHICKEN AND CHEDDAR

Ingredients Weight Measure
Biscuits, large sandwich style 8 ea.
Chicken, breaded filets, 3 oz. 8 ea.
Cheddar cheese 8 oz.
Butter 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle sauce 3 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Melt butter and mix with TABASCO® brand Chipotle sauce.
  2. Fry chicken filets and brush both sides with chipotle butter.
  3. Place on split biscuit half and top with one slice of cheddar.
  4. Place other biscuit half on top and serve.

Yield: 8 ea.
