SMOKED SALMON BAGEL WITH CHIPOTLE CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bagels, sliced 8 ea.
Smoked salmon 16 oz.
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Tomato, sliced 16 oz.
Red onion, sliced 4 oz.

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese and TABASCO® brand Chipotle sauce together.
  2. Slice bagel and spread 1 oz of cream cheese on bottom.
  3. Place 2 oz. of salmon on top with 2 oz. tomato and ½ oz. red onion.

Yield: 8 ea.
