CANADIAN BACON AND EGG PO' BOY

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Eggs 16 ea.
Milk 1/2 cup
Canadian bacon, diced 24 oz.
Sub roll, 6 in. 8 ea.
Shredded lettuce 2 cups
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Sauce.
  2. In a medium saute pan, mix eggs and milk together and scramble with Canadian bacon over medium heat.
  3. Spread each side of the sub roll with the mayonnaise and place bacon and egg mixture on bottom half of roll.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce and top of roll.

Yield: 8 ea.
