BLUEBERRY CRISP WITH HABANERO YOGURT AND MINT

Ingredients Weight Measure
Blueberries 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon zest 1 ea.
Sugar, brown 1/2 cup
Flour, all purpose 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 tsp.
Yogurt 2 cups
TABASCO® Brand Habanero Sauce 1 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Mint 8 sprigs

Method

  1. Wash and drain blueberries and place on the bottom of 9 in pan.
  2. Place granulated sugar and zest of one lemon on top.
  3. In a stainless steel bowl mix brown sugar, flour, and butter together until the topping resembles small pea sized pieces.
  4. Sprinkle topping over berries and bake at 350° until the topping is brown, approx. 20 minutes. Remove and cool.
  5. Mix yogurt, TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce, lemon juice and honey together.
  6. Cut blueberry crisp into pieces and place on plate. Top with 2 Tbsp. Of yogurt and garnish with a mint sprig.

Yield: 8 ea.
