SALSA JACK PINWHEELS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon 8 slices
Puff pastry dough, 10-oz. sheet, thawed 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Monterey Jack cheese 3 oz.
Salsa 4 Tbsp.
Green onions 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, cool and dice.
  2. Lay out thawed puff dough lengthwise. Using a brush or spoon cover entire surface with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  3. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, salsa and green onions over dough, leaving a strip at the top for sealing.
  4. Roll the dough into a cylinder and slice into 3/4" slices.
  5. Lay pinwheel slices onto lined sheet pan and bake at 400°F until thoroughly browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
