HABANERO PORT MELON BALLS WITH SERRANO HAM

Honeydew, 1 ea. 2 lbs.
Port Wine 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 tsp.
Orange Juice 1 cup
Serrano Ham, thinly sliced 8 oz.

Method

  1. Peel and cut melon into 1 in. pieces.
  2. Mix port wine, TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce and orange juice.
  3. Marinate melon in port mixture in refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
  4. Cut ham into 2 in. pieces and wrap around melons. Secure with a frill pick.
  5. Place 6 pieces into a Martini glass and serve.
