SPICY CRAB RÉMOULADE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Capers 1 tsp.
Mustard 1/2 tsp.
Tarragon 1/4 tsp.
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
Horseradish 1/4 tsp.
Salt & pepper to taste
Crabmeat, drained 1 lb.

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and mix well.
  2. Pick through crabmeat and remove any remaining shell. Gently fold into rémoulade sauce. Serve with crackers.
