Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs, hard boiled, peeled 6 ea.
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp.
Red bell pepper, small dice 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste


  1. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  2. Combine yolks with remaining ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Using spoon or pasrty bag fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  4. Chill and serve with a piece of red pepper garnish.

Yield: 12 eggs
