Ingredients Weight Measure
Flour tortillas 6 ea.
Onion, diced 1/2 cup
Green pepper 1/2 cup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 2 cups
TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce 1/3 cup


  1. Place 3 tortillas on baking sheet.
  2. Top with onions, peppers, cheese and TABASCO® SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce.
  3. Place remaining tortillas on top and bake until cheese is melted and quesadillas are warm.
