CHICKEN WRAPS WITH COCONUT AND GARLIC CHILI SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breast, 3 oz., cooked, sliced 24 oz.
Cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced 8 oz.
Carrots, shredded 1 cup
Lettuce, shredded 2 cups
Coconut flakes 1/4 cup
Tortilla wraps, 8" 8 ea.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Thai chili sauce 1 cup

Method

  1. Divide chicken, cucumber, carrot, lettuce and coconut between the wraps.
  2. Mix TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and chili sauce together and add 2 Tbsp. to each wrap.
  3. Roll and serve.
