Soy sauce 2 cups
Honey 1 cup
Apricot preserves 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Beef sirloin, cubed approx 1 oz./ea. 3 lbs.
Red onions, diced 1" 1 lb.
Portobello mushroom capes, quartered 1 lb.
Green peppers, diced 1" 1 lb.
Metal skewers, 16" 8 ea.


  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, apricot preserves and TABASCO® Sauce and mix well.
  2. Marinate cubed beef for 1 hour.
  3. Alternate placing beef, onion, mushroom and pepper on metal skewers.
  4. Oil grate and grill on high heat until beef reaches desired degree of doneness. Serve over rice, cous-cous, or mashed potatoes.
