GRILLED PORK CHOPS WITH GREEK GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
White potatoes 1 lb.
Garlic cloves 6 ea.
Heavy cream 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Breadcrumbs, fresh 1 cup
Olive oil 1/4 cup
White vinegar 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Pork rib chops, center cut, 8 oz. 4 lbs.

Method

  1. Place the potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until fork tender. Cool and peel.
  2. Put potatoes in a food processor and add mashed garlic, cream and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  3. Moisten breadcrumbs thoroughly with water and add to potato mixture.
  4. With the food processor running, drizzle in oil and vinegar. Season with salt.
  5. Season pork chops with salt and grill or broil until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Top with sauce.
