SMOKED SALMON WITH DILL CREAM CHEESE, CAPERS, AND RED ONION

Smoked salmon 16 oz.
Cream cheese 16 oz.
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp.
Dill, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Capers 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Red onion 8 oz.
Watercress 4 cups
French baguette bread, 6 in. 8 ea.

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese, dill, Worcestershire, capers, and TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce together.
  2. Slice baguette and portion salmon, onion, and watercress.
  3. Spread with herbed cream cheese and serve.
