SALMON SANDWICHES WITH ROASTED PEPPER, MOZZARELLA AND PESTO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Salmon, 4 oz. fillets 2 lbs. 8 ea.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Sourdough bread, 6" 8 ea.
Mozzarella cheese 16 oz.
Red pepper, roasted, sliced 16 oz.
Pesto sauce 8 oz.

Method

  1. Brush salmon fillets with TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and bake at 350°F until done. Remove and cool.
  2. Place salmon on sourdough bread bottom and top with mozzarella, red pepper, pesto sauce and top of bread.

Yield: 8 servings
