BLOODY MARY WITH PEPPERED GRILLED PINEAPPLE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pineapple 1 wedge
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Mildly Seasoned Bloody Mary Mix or TABASCO® brand Extra Spicy Bloody Mary Mix 4 oz.
Vodka 1-1/2 oz.
Ice cubes as needed

Method

  1. Slice a wedge of pineapple, rub with TABASCO® Habanero Sauce and grill lightly.
  2. In a shaker glass, combine TABASCO® Bloody Mary Mix with vodka. Shake well.
  3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with the grilled pineapple.
