Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/4 cup
Butter, melted 3 Tbsp.
Black pepper 1 pinch
Sugar 1 Tbsp.
Pecan halves 3 cups
Hot pepper flakes 1/4 tsp.
Sea salt 1/2 tsp.


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, TABASCO® Sauce and melted butter. Mix in black pepper and sugar. Add pecan halves.
  2. Let the pecans marinate for half hour, tossing occasionally to coat. Drain pecans and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 250°F for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with hot pepper flakes. Let cool and store in air tight container, and they will keep for 2 weeks.
