ZESTY GINGER-SESAME DRESSING

Ingredients Weight Measure
Rice wine vinegar 1/3 cup
Ginger, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Sesame oil 1/4 cup
Parsley, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Garlic 1 clove

Method

  1. Combine rice wine vinegar, ginger, mustard, TABASCO® Sauce and salt into a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. With machine running, slowly add vegetable and sesame oils until well blended. Stir in parsley.

Yield: 2-3 servings
