Oil 1/4 cup
Capers, drained 2 Tbsp.
Renée’s Mighty Caesar Dressing 4 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Romaine lettuce, washed, trimmed 1 head
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Parmesan cheese, shaved 4 tsp.


  1. Heat the oil and fry the capers until they are crisp. Put aside.
  2. Mix the dressing with the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Put aside.
  3. Cut the romaine lettuce lengthwise into quarters. Place the lettuce in the hot barbecue grill cut-side down. Grill until lettuce is slightly charred on both cut surfaces. Arrange the warm lettuce on the plate, showing the charred sides. Brush the charred faces with the TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Garnish with capers and cheese. Serve immediately.
