GRILLED SOUTHERN PEACHES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Peaches, halves, canned 8 ea.
Butter 4 Tbsp.
Brown sugar 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Grand Marnier® or dark rum 4 oz.
Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops

Method

  1. Grill the peaches without overcooking and put aside. Heat frying pan on a hot barbecue. Melt the butter and add the sugar; cook until it is caramelized. Add TABASCO® Sauce and the liqueur and flambĂ©.
