Flour 2-1/2 cups

Clam Strips

TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Clam strips 1 lb.
Breadcrumbs 2 cups

Method

  1. Whisk together the batter ingredients.
  2. Dip the clam strips into the batter and then roll in the breadcrumb mix.
  3. Carefully place breaded clam strips in frying oil, and cook until golden brown.
  4. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb extra oil. Serve with lemon wedges.
