Garlic, minced 1/4 cup
Limes, juiced 3 ea.
Corn oil 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Honey 1/2 cup
Beef flank steak 5 lbs.


  1. Mix the garlic, lime juice, corn oil, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and honey. Put the marinade into a self-closing bag, add flank steak and remove as much air as possible; refrigerate overnight if possible.
  2. Preheat a grill for medium-high heat. Put steak on the barbecue and brush liberally with the remaining marinade while cooking.
  3. To serve, slice the steak against the grain into 1/8" to 1/4" slices.
