SALMON MAPLE KABOBS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Salmon sides, skinned 3 ea.
Maple syrup 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Cut the salmon into 1" strips. Thread the strips onto skewers.
  2. Mix together the syrup, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and mustard. Put the salmon skewers on a medium-heat grill and brush with the maple glaze while cooking.
