Sugar, white 3 Tbsp.
Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 4 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 3 Tbsp.
Lemon grass, pound slightly to allow flavor into marinade 3 stalks
Sesame seeds 2 Tbsp.
Sirloin tip, thinly sliced 5 lbs.
Apricot halves, dried 90 ea.


  1. In medium bowl, mix sugar, soy sauce, TABASCO® Sauce, garlic, lemon grass, and sesame seeds and allow to sit for 1 hour.
  2. Place meat in bowl with marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Thread meat onto skewers accordion style and include two apricot halves on each skewer Brush grill grate with oil.
  4. Arrange skewers on grill. Cook 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade from time to time.
