BARBECUED BACK RIBS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Ketchup 4 cups
Brown sugar 1 cup
Kikkoman® Roasted Garlic Teriyaki 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Pork back ribs, cooked 20 lbs.

Method

  1. Mix together the ketchup, sugar, teriyaki and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  2. Cut the ribs into four bone pieces, place on a hot barbecue and slather with sauce.
