Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size strips 20 ea.
Red bell peppers, chopped 5 ea.
Green bell peppers, chopped 5 ea.
Yellow bell peppers, chopped 5 ea.
Sweet onions, chopped 5 ea.
Cherry tomatoes 3 pints
Zucchini, chopped 5 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 5 oz.
A.1.® Steak Sauce 1 bottle
Butter 1 lb.


  1. Place the chicken strips on a piece of foil large enough to hold the meat and some vegetables.
  2. Layer the chicken with the red, green and yellow peppers, chopped onions, cherry tomatoes and chopped zucchini.
  3. Mix together the TABASCO® Sauce and the steak sauce and drizzle over the chicken. Fold edges of foil to seal the packet well.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes. About halfway through cooking, flip the packet, being careful not to puncture it. Be careful when opening foil packet because the steam that escapes will be very hot.
