TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Salt & pepper to taste
Ground chicken 1 lb.
Portabella mushroom caps 4 ea.
Balsamic vinaigrette 4 tsp.
Smoked cheese 4 slices
Italian plum tomatoes 8 slices
Red onion, sliced 1/4 cup
Cornmeal-crusted roll, toasted 4 ea.


  1. Mix the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and seasoning with the ground chicken, form into patties and cook well.
  2. Sauté the portabella mushrooms with the balsamic vinaigrette. Assemble all the ingredients in the toasted roll.
