BATTERED POTATO WEDGES

Frozen battered potato wedges 2 cups
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Celery sticks 4 ea.
Carrot sticks 4 ea.
Blue cheese dressing 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Deep-fry the potato wedges until brown and crisp. Toss with the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Serve garnished with the vegetable sticks and blue cheese dressing.
