BRIE AND PAPAYA QUESADILLAS

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 4 tsp.
Mission® Flour Tortillas 4 ea.
Brie cheese, in slices 4 oz.
Papaya, ripe, peeled, sliced thinly 2 ea.
Onion, sliced, sautéed ½ cup
Oil 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Brush 1 tsp. of TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce onto each tortilla and add the cheese, papayas, and onions.
  2. Fold, brush with oil and fry until the outside begins to brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Cut into wedges and serve with a fruit salsa.
