Ingredients Weight Measure
Onion, small, sliced 1 ea.
Garlic cloves, chopped 2 ea.
Oil 2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Halibut steaks or fillets 4-6 oz.


  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil until they are softened.
  2. Add the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, honey and water and simmer for 10 minutes; season with the salt.
  3. Puree the mixture until smooth, adding more water if necessary to thin.
  4. Dip the halibut in the sauce and grill, approximately 1 to 3 minutes each side.

Yield: 4 servings
