Milk chocolate bar 8 oz.
Cream, heavy 1 cup
Grand Marnier® or other orange-flavored liqueur 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.

Fruit Kabobs

Peach, medium, ripe, peeled, cut into wedges 1 ea.
Banana, slightly underripe, cut into 1" cubes 1 ea.
Angel food cake, cut into 12 1" cubes 1 ea.
Orange peel, grated (for garnish)
Mint leaves, fresh (for garnish)


  1. Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. To make the Grand Marnier® Sauce, break up the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan over very low heat. Add the cream, stir well and remove from the heat.
  3. Add the Grand Marnier® and TABASCO® Sauce and stir well.
  4. Using 2 skewers together to prevent flopping, thread the peaches, bananas, and cake onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs over medium heat, turning once, until the cake is toasted.
  6. To serve, remove the fruit and cake from the skewers and place on plates. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with orange zest and mint leaves.
