SALMON PO' BOY

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Honey 1 Tbsp.
Orange, juice, zest 1 ea.
Salmon fillet, fresh 4 oz. 1 ea.
French roll 1 ea.
Coleslaw 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Mix together the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, honey, orange juice and zest. Brush over the salmon while grilling.
  2. To serve, split the roll in half and scoop the bread out of the base and fill with the coleslaw. Top with the cooked salmon and top of roll.
  3. Cut on the bias and serve.
