TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Mint, sprigs, fresh 2 ea.
Garlic cloves, minced 2 ea.
Lime juice, fresh 1/3 cup
Grated zest of 1 lime 1 tsp.
Olive oil 1/3 cup
Dijon mustard 2 tsp.
Potatoes, very small, skins on, washed well, cooked, hot 2 lbs.
Chives, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Cilantro, small bunch 1 ea.


  1. Whisk together the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, mint sprigs, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil and mustard and then set aside.
  2. When the potatoes are done, drain them in a colander and transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour the dressing over the potatoes while they are still hot, making sure that each potato is coated with the dressing.
  3. Garnish with the chopped chives and cilantro leaves.
