TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD WITH COUS-COUS OR BULGUR

TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 Tbsp.
Dole® Tropical Fruit, juice 1 cup
Cous-cous or bulgur wheat 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Mix the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and fruit juice and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the bulgur, remove from heat and allow it to sit until soft (approximately 10 minutes). Serve in a glass under a salad or appetizer.
