Dole® Tropical Fruit Salad, drained 2 cups
Chicken breast, cooked, cut into julienne 4 ea.
Celery, sliced 1 cup
Water chestnuts, sliced, drained well 1/4 cup
Pecan halves 1/2 cup
Scallions, sliced 1/2 cup
Ginger root, minced 1 Tbsp.
Reneeā€™s® Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve over shredded romaine lettuce.
