Red bell pepper, cut into strips 1/2 cup
Green onions, chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic, finely chopped 2 cloves
Canola oil 4 Tbsp.
Large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 lb.
Teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Dole® Tropical Fruit Salad 2 cups
Romaine leaves 8 ea.
Cilantro, chopped, for garnish 1 Tbsp.


  1. Sauté the red bell peppers, green onions and garlic in oil. Add the shrimp, teriyaki sauce and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  2. Add the fruit salad. Serve over romaine lettuce garnished with cilantro.
