Red currant jelly 2 Tbsp.
Brie, 8" 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Phyllo dough 1 pack
Butter, melted 2 oz.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the brie into 2 layers by slicing horizontally in half and remove the top layer.
  3. Mix the jelly and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce together and spread on the bottom layer of cheese. Replace top layer.
  4. On a baking sheet lay out a filo sheet, brush gently with melted butter and repeat, adding phyllo sheets until you have 8 layers. Place the cheese top-side down first in the center and wrap the phyllo around cheese, being sure there are no holes.
  5. Bake about 8-10 minutes until phyllo is lightly browned. Place on plate or tray with raised edge, as cheese should be melted and will run out and drip if on a cheese board.
