Ingredients Weight Measure
Orange marmalade 1/4 cup
Cilantro, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
White vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, clove, minced 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Watermelon, seeded, chopped 2 cups
Sweet onion, chopped 1 cup
Orange sections, chopped 1 cup


  1. Combine the marmalade, cilantro, vinegar, garlic and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
  2. Add the watermelon, onions and oranges, and gently toss together until coated.
  3. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
