RUM AND HABANERO SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Dark rum 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Honey 2 tsp.
Orange juice, fresh 2 Tbsp.
Lime juice, fresh 1/2 tsp.
Orange zest 1 tsp.
Coconut extract 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmering over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  2. Serve over grilled mango, papaya, banana, etc. and ice cream.
