PATIO DRUMS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken drumsticks, raw 3 ea.
Flour 2-1/2 cups
Eggs 5 ea.
Thousand Island dressing 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Milk 1 cup
Breadcrumbs, for breading as needed

Method

  1. Bread the drumsticks in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until they are cooked through (they can be par cooked if you follow the ServSafe rules).
  2. Mix the dressing and TABASCO® Sauce.
  3. Serve the chicken drumsticks in a large martini glass on a bed of chopped lettuce or small salad. Add the dressing in a small ramekin.

Yield: 1 serving
