Lime juice, fresh 1-1/4 oz.
Simple syrup 1-1/4 oz.
Chipotle chili powder 1 pinch
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 dashes
Elio Perrone Moscato d'Asti 1/2 oz.

Jalapeño pepper 1 ea.


  1. Place all ingredients (except Elio Perrone Moscato d'Asti and garnish) into a Boston Shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Add Elio Perrone Moscato d'Asti and tumble roll once back and forth.
  3. Strain into glass and garnish with three slices of the jalapeño pepper floating in the drink.
