Ingredients Weight Measure
Cruzan® Citrus Rum 1-1/2 oz.
Grand Marnier® 1/2 oz.
Fresh Sweet & Sour Mix 1-1/2 oz.
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 dashes
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 dashes
(Substitute TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce for an extra-hot version)
Cocktail sauce (Can use McCormick's® "Golden Dipt" Extra Hot) 2 bar spoons


  1. Combine all ingredients into ice-filled mixing glass.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled 8-oz. cocktail glass, rimmed with original TABASCO®-infused margarita salt, mixed with crushed red pepper flakes and blackened Cajun spices (Can use Taste of Americana Blackened Redfish Seasonings).
  3. Garnish with a jumbo prawn and cilantro leaves. Float crushed red pepper flakes on top of drink.
