Ingredients Weight Measure
Absolut® Apeach Vodka 1-1/2 oz.
Amaretto di Saronno 1/2 oz.
Raspberry puree 3/4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 8 dashes
Kerns® Peach Nectar 2 oz.
Superfine sugar (for glass rim)
Ice
Red pepper garnish

Method

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into a plate of TABASCO® Sauce and then rim with superfine sugar.
  2. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into the TABASCO®-sugar-rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a red pepper.
