Ingredients Weight Measure
Simple syrup 1 oz.
Lime, cut in 1/8 1 ea.
Guava Puree 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 8 dashes
Cilantro leaves 8 ea.
Del Maguey® (Tobala) Mezcal 1-3/4 oz.
Orange zest, for garnish as needed
Cilantro sprig, for garnish 1 ea.


  1. Muddle all ingredients except the mezcal in a rocks glass until well juiced and aromatic.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour mezcal into glass and stir thoroughly. Garnish with orange zest and cilantro sprig.

Yield: 1 serving
