HOT APPLE PIE

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 dashes
Appleton VX Rum 1-1/2 oz.
Granny's Apple Liqueur 3/4 oz.
Goldschl├Ąger® Liqueur 1/4 oz.
White Toque® Green Apple Puree 1/4 oz.
Fresh Sweet & Sour 1-1/2 oz

Method

  1. Combine the above ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into an unchilled cocktail glass that has a cinnamon & sugar rim on it. Use fine pastry sugar, using 3 parts sugar to 1/2 part ground cinnamon, as the ratio for rimming your cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish rim of glass with a coiled twist of fresh lemon and a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
