Ingredients Weight Measure
Mount Gay® Mango Rum 1-1/2 oz.
John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum 1/2 oz.
Peach 1/3 ripe
Mango (5" x 1-1/2") 1 slice
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4-5 dashes
Fresh serrano pepper (1/8" thick) 1 slice
Fresh tangerine juice (juice of a ripe orange works) 1/3 oz.
Juice of lime 3/4 oz.
Rock candy or simple syrup 3/4 oz.


  1. Add all ingredients to blender with ice and serve frozen.
  2. Add a rim of peach and mango puree thickened with sugar and grated lime zest as a garnish.

Yield: 1 serving
