THAILAND BLOODY MARY

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomato juice 8 oz.
Thai fish sauce 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 tsp.
Juice from 1/2 of one lime and one lemon
Sugar 1-2 tsp.
Galangal, lemon grass, green onion, and cilantro (fine chop) 1-1/2 tsp. each
Absolute® Vodka 1-1/2 oz.
Garnish (celery stalk, lemon grass stalk(optional), green onion, cilantro sprigs, wedge of lemon, one large/jumbo shrimp)
Cocktail toothpick (thin sliver of lime rind, baby corn and grape tomato)

Method

  1. Put all ingredients, except garnish and toothpick, in shaker and shake vigorously to mix all ingredients well. Fill tall glass with ice and pour tomato mixture over ice until almost full.
  2. Add garnishes, placing jumbo shrimp over rim of glass last.

Yield: 1 serving
