Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 3 dashes
1/2 diced radish
Fresh cilantro pinch
Grape tomatoes 2
Fresh blueberries 5
Freshly squeezed lime juice 3/4 oz.
Honey Syrup (1 part honey, .9 parts mountain spring water) 1/2 oz.
Bacardi Gold Rum 1 1/2 oz
Triple Sec 3/4 oz.
Carrot juice 1 oz.

Method

  1. Muddle vigorously in mixing glass the TABASCO®, radish, cilantro, tomatoes, blueberries, lime juice, and honey syrup.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Shake and pour all ingredients into a 16 oz. specialty glass.
  3. Garnish with lime slice and grape tomato on the rim, and a whole radish with only the base of the leaf root remaining, placed in the center of the cocktail.
