Ingredients Weight Measure
Fresh pineapple 2 chunks
Spiced Rum (e.g., Captain Morgan's) 2 oz.
Pineapple juice 3 oz.
Golden brown cane sugar 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp.
Pineapple wedge, for garnish 1 ea.
Cinnamon stick, for garnish 1 ea.


  1. In a martini shaker (about 1/4 filled with ice), add 2 chunks of fresh pineapple and spiced rum. Muddle well. Add pineapple juice, brown cane sugar, and TABASCO® Sauce (approx. 5 good shakes). Add cinnamon (about 3 shakes of standard spice shaker).
  2. Shake entire mix vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Strain and serve in a martini glass. Add pineapple wedge and cinnamon stick to garnish.
