Ingredients Weight Measure
Gran Centenario Plata Tequila 1 1/2 oz.
Yellow tomato puree (puree yellow tomatoes and strain through a china cap. Discard anything left in china cap.) 3 oz.
Lemon juice 1/2 oz.
Ground cumin 1/8 tsp.
Kosher salt 1/4 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 5 dashes

Method

  1. Rim glass with equal parts mixture of chili powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice and then shake and strain into rimmed & chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Yield: 1 serving
